And a History Maker What a Great Gatherin, with some of the BEST folks on the planet!!!!!!! FB and I want to thank each and everyone of you for coming and making this the Biggest and Best Gatherin' of the Fools EVER!!!! We had an XXXXXtra large time, and hope who came did as well. This year we wanted to do something extra, and had a 50/50 drawing, Silent Auction for some goodies, and a raffle. The money made from this is going to the Texas Lions Camp. TLC. This camp is for kids with sight imparment, physical disabilities, and juvenile diabetes. The kids are given the chance to learn and grow, deal positively with their situation, and Just have a Good time at camp. ZERO cost to the kids and their family. 100 % of the money collected goes to the camp for the kids..... not for administration or other overheads....That is covered by the Lions Clubs members dues and contributions.... All monies from outside the Lions goes straight for the kids..100%!!!!!! I am pleased to say that because of all of your generous giving and donations, the Partakers of this years GOTF will be sending a check to the Lions Camp for Kids in the amount of....$2500.00 Wow!!!!! I am honored and proud to know and be associated , and to call Friend, such a wonderful group of caring people. A VERY SPECIAL THANK YOU TO my much younger and better looking brother Gary from New Mexico. Gary won the 50/50 drawing, and generously donated it back to the kids. The amount was SUBSTANTIAL.... Thank you Gary Thank You All hotglue and Flamingobabe

Thanks Hotglue and FB, Sugarplum and I had a really good time. Got to see some friends and make some new ones ta boot ! And I can't say enough about the BBQ. I "donated" more than it might have cost me in a BBQ joint, but the food in a joint wouldn't have been nearly soooooooo good, so I more than gots my money's worth. Can't wait to do it again next year. Those who came, know what I'm talking about. Those who didn't make it, will just have to take my word on it.... you missed a GREAT time. Wish there was an emoticon showing a fat guy full of Que !

Thanks for all the hard work that you and Charlene have done. It just keeps getting better and better. Made it home in spite of the wind trying to blow us back to Houston. Had to ride for about 10 miles with a bee in my shirt stinging the pi$$ out of me.

Stacy and I made it home about an hour ago... and we have talked about the GOTF all the way back to Mississippi... hotglue and FlamingoBabe are two of the most generous, kind hearted and wonderful people that we have had the pleasure of meeting. To open their most awesome home to a group of folks as large as the VRCC group is... awesome, if a bit overwhelming for them, I'm certain. The hospitality impressed me, the massive quantities of food was delicious and impressed everybody that I talked to and the company couldn't have been better. My hat is off to HG and FB for hosting that wonderful event that you two continue to endure. I know that has to be a lot of work and expense for the both of you. A Mighty BIG Thanks from the both of us! I got to see a lot of old friends, met a lot of new ones and talked about the rest that didn't show! This was our first time to make the GOTF, but hopefully it won't be our last, as we had a fabulous time. It was great to see everyone!

HotGLue, Flamingo Babe thanks for sponsoring such a great shindig. Had a great time at my first GOTF defiantly will not be the last. Met the faces that belong to more of the VRCC. The longest trip so far for me and the wife. Made it home quicker than we made it out, better route. To everyone that couldn't make it this year, hope to se you next time. Strider you were greatly missed but well represented in proxy by Hard6. See ya on the flipside.

HotGLue, Flamingo Babe thanks for sponsoring such a great Gatherin'! It was my first time, even though I only live about 4-5 miles from your place. It definitely won't be my last time to visit. The BBQ was Great, the people were some of the best I have ever met, whether bikers or any other group. My wife, BJ, had a great time also and wanted me to tell everyone! I brought my brother over on Saturday evening. It was his first time on a bike in 3 years and he was elated. We all had a great time and my HAT'S OFF to HotGlue and Flamingo Babe for the hospitality. This is the beginning of a great freindship! Glad to hear people are making it home safe! Hay
