Yikes,  Shocked seems like he pulled the clutch in on the way up the ramp the way the engine revved up.  uglystupid2

I think the rear wheel started to spin on the metal ramp.

It makes me cringe when I see dual sport guys ramp riding into the back of a pick up. No helmet on. It's a long way to the ground.

Tried to put his foot down to steady it when he was on the ramp and there was nothing to reach but air.  Don't ask how I know of this!  uglystupid2 Hoser  Lips Sealed

He wussed out and failed to give enough power to get up and in.  You don't back off until you are in/on the trailer.

I rode a full-dress Hog up a ramp half as long and twice as steep into the side of a semi trailer (cause the rear of the trailer was full of stuff).  And the trailer was parked in a super narrow street in military housing, so I had to run up the side of the truck and turn 90 degrees and up the ramp.  After a few practice runs, I got off and had the driver close the door on the other side of the trailer, so I didn't blast up the ramp, get on the brakes and slide out the other side of the trailer five feet off the ground.  Made it first time.....but the sphincter was tight.

Soon as I see short pants, I know he's a numbnutz.

You know how that conversation went:

"There are six of us here.  We can just push it up the ramp."

"No - that's ok.  I'll just ride it up.  It'll be fine."

"You sure?  Cause we can just push it."

"Yeah, I got it.  It'll be fine."

My bike - I'm cashing in a few favors and getting some of my buddies to help me push.  That was a nice bike, too.  Cry  Hate to see it go down.  Made a good crunch when it hit.

I feel for the guy.  That almost happened to me a few years ago with my old bike('83 V65 Magna).  I almost dropped my Valk after I got her home the first time.  I tried to put her up on the centerstand with a board under it to steady it uglystupid2  I got her half way up and suddenly I stood up on the centerstand to put more weight (That would be my fat a##) to get her up and I found myself hovering over the seat and she started to lean to the right.  She balanced there for a second then came back to the left.  Shocked Pucker factor of about 9.9 on a scale of 6.  Needless to say I am a LOT more careful whenever I put her up on the centerstand.   Grin

You guys are all being too kind. . . . "Retard; A person born with a mental condition and therefore has to work a million times harder to be able to do simple things. . ." He's a retard.

Ok. .  rant completeed. I really didn't mean any of that. Just wanted to vent. I feel sorry for the dude. Ruined a perfectly good cook-out and damaged a nice looking bike. Ouch! Nothing to laugh about.
