No one leaves my wrench parties hungry unless they choose to!!  This time we had Sloppy Joes, no telling what I'll fix next time.

The names hangin on the wall.

One side belong to Lyn-Del and the other side belong to Wizard?

That looks like my back garage, only I'm short a couple of bikes in the stable.

Hayhauler, your cookies were great, too.  Thanks for bringing them so our new darksider could start right!

Thanks Hay,
Been ridin the DS everyday since the 'party' and I am starting to believe in it more and more. There is another dimension to riding Darkside. I was doing some swervys on a county road near home and there is a distinct transition from the flat to up on the rim. Just like everyone says "not bad, just different". Lyn-Del and Wizard have a great setup and I am looking for a way to get my hoist installed in my smaller shop. Allen and I were side by side in different lanes for a short on Hwy 288 and I definitely heard the 'syncopation' of the Valk Engines. Wow! I really love that sound/feeling.

The weekend after the wrench party, we had a part 2. One of our new members (JoeValk) needed some carb work. So we had a smaller party with more work than party. What started out as a carb clean up expanded !  cooldude Pulled the carbs and found a broken spring vacume caps cracked, but the carbs were surprisingly clean. New air filter and back together !       That done, Joevalk decides he would like to go Dark Side. I said no problem. I hade a take off from Hay hauler (Jimmy) that had a scraped sidewall but was still like new (about 500 miles). So we take the reat apart and do all the maint tire mounted and no problems. Hayhauler and Earlybird show up, so the party is on !                  So it was another great weekend with freinds and another Valk running the way it should !  uglystupid2     cooldude
