Adhesive on etched glass
«
on:

Installed a new door to the office in the house that has a large pane of glass that is etched on one side. The door came with a plastic layer covering both sides of the glass (which was great when staining and urethaning the door). When I pulled of the plastic, it left behind streaks of adhesive on both side. I'm not too concerned about the polished side of the glass, but, do I need to be concerned about the etched side.

Well for gosh sake, if you're urethaning on the door, you've just got to expect stains.
Ohhh Wait! uhhh. Never mind.

No problem cleaning etched glass. Sometimes takes a little extra work because of the rough surface but wont hurt the glass.

another option would be cooking spray, after spraying it cover it with plastic, any plastic and let it sit for an hour or two. It works on stainless steel pots.
