I'll be heading out tomorrow for Columbia, Mo to visit relatives and will be meeting up with Barry Thursday afternoon for the ride up.  Getting anxious about the Ride In.  We'll see you Friday evening.

Well, made it home safe and sound.  Had a great time meeting and visiting with everyone.  I really want to thank Craig and Lynette for their wonderful hospitality.  I still can't believe it quit the downpour just in time for a dry ride on Saturday.  I will send the pictures to those who requested them as soon as I can find my battery charger and get recharged to download them.

Thanks again to you Craig and Lynette.

Had a good time too  cooldude

When we left Steve & Laura's house, it was pouring.  That's why we didn't feel too bad about riding along with Laura, in the car.  She is recovering from back surgery, and was gonna take the cage anyway.  As luck would have it, the rain stopped, for the rest of the day, about half way to Craig's house.

Sorry we didn't make it back for dinner, but her back was acting up, and we headed back to their place.

Only took a few pictures, so here they are...

Steve's, Laura's, and my bike, all ready to go (Friday night)...

What we woke up to Saturday morning...

The hearty folks, at the 'Memorial Rock'...

The Rock...  Very touching...

The Danish, all you could eat, resturant...

We put a major hurt on that place...  Breaded Pork Chops, Meatballs, Sausage, Ribs, Chicken...  Yum  cooldude

Someone else will need to post pic's after that, as we headed back after lunch.

Thanks to Craig, and his wife for the fun day, and special thanks to my hosts, Steve and Laura K, for putting up with, and feeding this 'cheese head' all weekend.

It was great to see everyone, and I'm lookin' forward to my next ride...  Copper Harbor, with Michigans Misguided!

Thx for the pics. I was wondering how the Rock was going to be painted. Looks good. Every year it gets better. This is 08's Rock. Gash it was hot that day.

So true but when we are riding it feels fine. Just the 1/2 hour looking around that was warm. My arms got tan from riding through Iowa that day. I do have a light colored head band on tho!  Grin
