DFW VRCC June 2008 Meeting
 
Thursday 6/12/08 DFW VRCC Club meeting
Joe's Crab Shack in Grapevine ( Main St and 114)
Come at 7:00PM to eat and the meeting will start at 8:00PM.
 
Agenda items:
 - Discuss past events and rides
-  Ideas for upcoming rides (East, North and West of DFW). Bring the name of your favorite stretch of  road. We'll include it in future rides.
- Come tell the group: some tall tales, good service stories, great stretches of road, anything that involves riding bikes (preferably Valkyries).
- Don't throw them away! Bring your old motorcycle magazines to the meeting for others to read.
 
Calendar and Proposed Rides
*          Saturday, 6/14 Ride to the Cotton Gin for Lunch. We start early to beat the heat. Lunch at 11:30.

                Dallas area meet Speedo at 7:45am at the McDonald's on the NW corner of 635 and Montfort (@ Valley View Mall).
                8:00am KSU for an easy ride to the Starting point  in McKinney

                North Texas riders meet 8:45am at the Shell gas station on the SE corner of 75 and 380
                KSU 9 am  Speedo will lead the ride (cell 972 816-5892)

*          Every Sunday "Welcome the Troops home at DFW" the Southern Cruisers. On Saturday call Hotline 972 574-0392 after

I will have to miss the meeting. I am leaving for Mexico Thursday morning on vacation. I hope to see everyone on our next ride or at the next meeting in July. Everyone ride safe and I will see you down the road.

I plan to attend and I will bring a movie I made of the Catfish Ride from May 4th so come on out and take a look.

Pretty good turn out considering a few of our regulars are out of town. We missed you Victor, David and Nora, Dan'l, Doc too.

Always good to meet new Valk riders! Meet Tom and Cindy from Keller. '98 Standard. Not pictured is the other newbie, "Colonel" from west of Weatherford. Welcome and thanks for coming. We hope to see you again real soon.
