WHERE do i get the source for the controlling circuit that only work wen the bike is running?

If you can live with a relay that turns on with the key, you can hook it to the accessory terminal (ignore the question marks in the photo).

If you seriously want a circuit that is on only when the bike is running, it will probably take a couple of relays, with one being a normally closed relay.

Here is one idea, but there are multiple ways to achieve the same result.

As per Vanagons suggestion I  would use the accessory circuit to power the control circuit on a 40 amp relay so that it opens and closes with the ignition key.  Then use the main circuit of this relay this to feed power from the top of the fusible link to a multiple circuit accessory fuse panel and then you can run individual circuits for each of the accessories.

Check out this "power plate". It is powered by a relay triggered by the accessory lead under the right side cover. Of course you could assemble the parts yourself to save money. http://www.electricalconnection.com/power-distribution/pplate.htm

is under the right side cover with all the wiring, not the left side with the overflow bottle for the radiator.  I would suggest asking for help from someone near you that has done this before.

I also agree with John's suggestion regarding the Power Plate. I installed one on my Valk along with their Ground block.

I installed a ground block too, but considering that there are no fuses or relays to deal with I bought a generic block made for a small electric panel from Lowes (just a piece of tapped aluminum with set screws to attach wires), cut it in half and ran a piece of
10 gauge wire to the negative battery post. Cost about 6 bucks and I have the other half for my other bike.

You could:

1) Unhook whatever has been connected to the accessory tap as referenced by the red circle that is on the picture you posted.

2) Install an ignition switch controlled main power relay and accessory fuse panel that has been suggested by several people.

3) Connect the accessory that you unhooked from the accessory tap in step one back up to one of the several available circuits that will be available on the newly installed accessory fuse panel.
