Ditto. My fav too. The licence plate indicated it was based on a 1932 model.

as always, good stuff, Britman. How is it that where you are has so many car shows, with interesting cars? Been to one car show in my town, you've seen half-the rest are at the other show a few months later!

Great post! The red Italian job is nice, as well as the Chrysler. I went to the Detriot Auto Show a couple of weeks ago. Also went to the Walter P. Chrysler museum. Out of the hundreds of cars and trucks I saw, this was the best!

It's a regualr monthly show - Caffeine and Octane - held at the same location. Metro Atlanta has a population of something like 5.5 million

Monster Miata.com Websight for the guy who is selling kits to install a small block ford and t-bird rear in a Miata. Looks like fun. Soon as I get the next five projects finished I might put one together.

It's nice to see cars that are driven, not just trailered.
The Landcruiser and Power Wagon are two "dream cars" that I always lusted after.
I wanted a new Landcruiser in 1974, but it was $4700 out the door. I had bought my first brand new car in 1973, a Toyota Corolla, and paid $2600. The payments were $80/month. Couldn't come up with enough additional downpayment for the Landcruiser.
Wow, good old days for sure.
Thanks for sharing.....
