You may not want to change your jets.
Products like "Techron" and "Seafoam" used every few  tankfulls can and will save you a lot of work.

Just changing your slow jets requires that you "acurately" adjust your air/fuel ratio, and then a carb sync would also be on your "list of things to do". If it ain't broke, don't go fixin it.

Find yourself a Jap #3 screwdriver bit or some of the carb bowl screws may not want to come out with a phillips #2.  I am not positive about the #, but I know that the American phillips doesn't fit very well.  Maybe someone here will chime in...JTL

I have a POS $2 ratcheting screwdriver with two trays full of different bits. Normally it would be the
kind of tool one wouldn't want to be seen using, but it is my favorite Valkyrie screwdriver. There's one
bit that fits all the ersatz "phillips" head screws I've had to remove so far... like the ones on the
handlebar mastercylinder tops...

I have one of those too.  Had it so long that I can't remember where I got it. I think that someone gave it to me, but is sure nice when getting into tight places...JTL
