It took me a while to sike my self in to quiting. After 45 years of smoking a pack a day I can now say I have quit (not I will try to quit) It's only been 11 days but it is getting easier every passing day. Z-Cajun

31 days 3 hours 6 minutes and 14 seconds Its been very hard at times but I'm proud to say I've been without the addictive drug nicotine for that long. I'm sure my lungs are glad I'm not killin' them everyday now also after 30 plus years

Congratulations you guys! You will be so glad you quit. I guess I'll have to buy some sun glasses for the Blue Gray Ride.
With all the money you'll be saving, your chrome budget will expand exponentially and we'll all be blinded by the reflections off your bikes.

I'll have to speak for Kit since she has no new profile yet. She trying to slow back down. She was smoke free for 4 months but started back up in late Feb. Blamed it on her mom, which made her more po'd then anything. And also her EMT class. She passed all the State testing so hopfully she will quit. It'll be tough to do hanging out with bikers and all. But I'll help her. Continue the good work guys!!!

But I'm an easy 80 lbs overweight and I need to decide that my health is more important than always having a full belly. My hat is off to each of you for your resolve.

That is AWESOME, y'all! Keep it up! It is SO worth the pain...which gets less every day. My Mom gave it up 4 years ago after 52 years! She doesn't even cough any more, and the g'kids will give her a hug since she doesn't stink!
