That's TrickRick's (but not the one that posts on here, I don't think.  I think he just posts on the FL board - maybe???  somebody help me here.) bike called "Scorch".  He's got flame-throwers in the pipes. Pretty cool Youtube video of him at a bike night doing his thing if you just search for it.
