Hey,
When I bought my Standard, it had a beat Hopnel tri-pouch mounted inside the windshield.  It's a good fit, with two larger pockets on the left and right, and a smaller pocket for between the speedo and tach.  I've been trying to find a replacement, but am having trouble.  The descriptions for these are kind of sketchy.  I ordered a model that was described as universal fit for cruisers, but it's the opposite of the above, the large pocket is center, and the smaller pockets are left and right.  So it won't fit.   tickedoff  Wondering if anyone can tell me the correct Hopnel (Bib Bike Parts) model #, or of some alternative that fits well.

May I ask you a question?     Have you Googled Hopnel?

IF not, give it a shot and then settle back and enjoy your visit.

I do believe you will probably find what ya want.

Thanks for asking, now back to our normal programing.

Yes I have.  And big bike parts also.  As I already said "descriptions for these are kind of sketchy"  .

I never liked the sagginess that comes with them a year later. I bought a HD 3 pouch and mounted it to my tourer. Fits the shield angle almost perfect. I loosed the shield brackets and slid the metal tabs of the HD behind it and tightened them down. The center tab sticks up against the shield but I just put a 'nice trailer pu$$y' patch behind it to keep from scratching. The leather pouches are supported by metal so no sag. I have alot stuff in mine to from bullets to condoms. Never have sagged in 2 years. I got the large tab mounts. Best $90 I spent.

Thanks, I'll look at those.  Meanwhile, someone else gave me a link to the Hopnel one.  In case anyone else needs it:

Are you referring to the windshield pouch when you refer to "never have sagged? You carry some things there that are different from what most of us carry, don't mean the bullets.

Yea the pouches.  2funny To young for anything else! Carry everything we may need out on the road. With some of the parties and rallies we go to you just never know who you'll run into.  Wink

On my tourer I couldn't see the guages with the factory  mounting so took it apart and mount the pouches using the windshield bolts  moved bags farther out and up just a little. The guy who bought it from me  4 yrs ago is still using the same set up today.

The old pouch is sagging pretty good, and covers part of the speedo.  Was going to try and do something to the new one before it starts to sag.

They're real handy, and I like the stitching on them.  I also bought a Hopnel tank bra with the same stitching, and my saddlebags are similar.
