Sometimes when you enter a search word/words, you get a ton of pages. For example, if you enter GL1100 you'll get about 180+ pages of stuff. I want to eventually look at all of it but not in one sitting, so how does one jump from page one to say....page 51 when I come back to it a day later? I don't see a box that's labeled "go to" like it will on an individual vendor listing. At the top right of the listings you can sit there and key the "next" arrow, but that gets old fast.

I look at valk stuff often. lately, I click "newly listed" and start that way.
Sometimes I click "ending soonest" and start that way-ususally go 10-20 pages each direction. Seems like I hit most stuff that way. I think stuff is added or sold, or listing expires often enough to make today's page 51 completely different from tomorrow's or yesterday's. Just a thought-60+ plus pages is definitely a lot to wade through at one sitting. May work for you on the Wing stuff.

I have a half-dozen "saved" searches, one is "newly listed", one excludes "mirror, mirrors, risers, covers" because it seems half the Valk auctions are for mirrors and risers, etc, etc. Then, I just go to the search that I want whenever I want it. I would do a main advanced search on GL1100, then I would start eliminating items, that I find in all the auctions, I DON'T want, or that take up a large number of auctions. There are always things that there are hundreds of auctions for, that I don't want - in the case of Valkyrie's, half of every page, it seems, are motorcycle covers. So, by excluding "cover" from the search, I get about 1/2 of the number of auctions. I probably lose a few "switch cover"s and "radiator cover", but I can do a specific search for those.

Once I find a search, with exclusions, that works well for me, I save it in searches, and can go to it any time I want.

Hope this helps...

When you make a eBay search and get a bunch of pages, the page number is reflected in the URL
on all but the first page, it is at the end.

You could go to page 7 and save a bookmark, and start there when you come back.

You could be on page 7, and change the "7" at the end of the URL to 42, and be on page 42.

eBay's a moving target... not sure what you'd get back if you tried to use a bookmarked URL on a
eBay search from last week (or whatever)...

They have a "save search" button that probably takes the "moving target" effect into account, you can
still navigate to particular pages by changing the number at the end of the URL...

Another thing that helps is to change the number of items listed per page to 200.

Look at the bottom right corner of the page and you'll see

   "Items per page 25 50 100 200"

The current setting will be highlighted.

Just click whichever one you want. I much prefer a higher number rather than having to click next page a dozen times.
