Getting ready to mount my new jumbo strong hardbags. I now have stock exhaust and was wondering if I would change to Corbra 6x6 in the future if I would have any clearance issues. Don't want to mount them now and find out later I would have to redrill the bags to make the Corbra's fit w

Hey, this reply is very outdated, but did you ever mount these bags to your Valk with the 6 into 6?
I need bags and these look great.
thx

Scoob I've done exactly what your asking except in reverse.  I had a little over an inch clearance with the Tsukayu  bags and my Cobras upon the initial install.  Changed out the Cobras for OEM exhaust and still had a similar clearance. Your going to love your Tsukayu hardbags. I have the leather covered Strongs.

The post is old. Scoob has had the bags on for quite some time.

Man O Man......my girlfriend would absolutely love to have a Purple/White Valk! That color combination really stands out.

I mounted my Jumbo Strong bags to my std with 6x6 pipes with Scoobydoo's suggestions and I love them... About 1/2" above pipes.  That's vertical above top pipe, which is also about 3/4" inside of bag position.  Gary
