Hello all. I am a new owner of an 02 standard. I am loving the bike. I enjoy all the reading and just wanted to say thanks for all the technical advice here. I hope to make some new friends and enjoy my bike even more. I live in far north texas so it it is hard for me to attend everything but i would enjoy trying sometime.  Thanks

Welcome Mugmarine.  I hope you find, as I did starting earlier this year, what a great group of people there are here.

When you say far north Texas, are you talking Panhandle?  I'm in far north Frisco.

I look forward to meeting you and riding with you soon.

Looks like he is from Denison, David. Welcome MugMarine! Thanks for posting. You do have a fellow (not a guy type fellow) Valk rider in your neck of the wooods. Jean Anderson rides an Interstate, lives in Denison and works in Sherman...

WELCOME

Yep,
I'm up here in far North Texas (otherwise known as far, far, far North Dallas).  Like you, I cannot make the meetings, but I do try to make the rides, although work has caused me to miss a lot of the rides in the last year.

I have the 2000 Interstate shown by Wanderer, and have just purchased a 1997 Honda Spirit that I am enjoying riding.

Any time you have questions and/or want to hook up and ride to the ride, or just ride post it here, or email me at jjean9@aol.com
