Nice ride with Smkn Joe, Hghbnder

Hooked up with Smoking Joe,Highbinder,Chuck from Va and his lovely bride,Eric from Md ,Pat, Charlie mac,Lucky 13,and Keith on Friday evening ..told a few tales , took Giggles and her feller Mike along too gave them a little taste of all the Great "Valkyrie Hospitality" . Giggles and Mike just bought a really cherry 99 Standard with low millage and hoping to join in some of our gatherings.
Saddeled back up yesterday am about 7:00 am and rode back to Marlinton where we shared a hearty breakfast,then headed out to set routes and stops for Joe's and Highbinder's June ride. The temps were in the 30's to start but most had clothes to handle that..I had borrowed Candy Girls new Germins...Lucky I bought them big enough for me LOL.
We had a spirited ride with Highbinder leading us thru some good roads only having to dodge the ice a few times. We stopped for lunch at a really friendly little diner with a great little motel on the same property . After refueling our hungry holes I split off from the gang and took a relaxing 100 mile solo ride back to the house...Candy Girl and I are celebrating 1 year of Marriage today and I sure didn't want to miss that
