I just went into the kitchen and asked Red, "Babe, would you mind if I make a couple of day ride while I am in?"
"Go-Go-Go wherever you want. Where ya going?"
"Well, you know I lost the Blue/Gray but since I am leaving out a week later, it gave me Cheaha, Alabama. Would it be OK if I went - I won't if you don't want me to."
"I told you to go - enjoy your friends - because you know you would hate it if you didn't do it when you go back to Africa."
"OK."
WHEW! Glad that she gave me permission, since the check went out today for registration and a tee shirt and I got a room booked on my credit card. MAJOR WHEW!!!! You know, come to think of it, I wouldn't know what to do if she said no. She never has though. She may not share major wind with me - but she has supported me in everything I have wanted to do.
So, it's official now, I AM GOING TO CHEAHA!
