Can anyone tell me if all the real wheel hub flanges for valkyries are the same part?

Should be. If in doubt, check out HDL and look at part numbers.

if i understand you correctly......i just put a '97 drive flange on a '03 chromed wheel; the chromer chromed the hub, so i had to grind that off the hub. otherwise it worked. i also put the brake rotors off my '97 wheels onto the the '03 wheels, that was a miss match i found out later, but i got it worked out and all is good now.
