The Honda manual says to inspect replace at 100K 8K miles.  If they are showing wear, which is rounding of the center electrode, I would replace them.  I replaced mine at 100K miles simply for preventative maintenance.  They still looked good, and bike ran as well as new.

I over did it, I replaced mine at 44,000, still in at 71,000. The ones I took out looked ok at 44k.

Bobbo......put your reading glasses back on........you quoted the inspection criterion for the timing belts.  I think Honda wants you to change the plugs at 8K

I dont even know exactly how many miles I usually put on the plugs.......probably 60-70K but 8K is way overkill

Just replaced mine at 39k and I actually think I could feel the difference in throttle response.  As I replaced I checked the gaps on the old ones and they were fine.
