Here is a question that came up at work.
Your at a red light facing east, making a right on red.
There is a car in the left turn lane facing north.  (cars are making u turns at this particular intersection)
Who has the right of way the car making a right on red, or the car making a u turn on green (no arrow).

Another question.
We have signs that tell us we are coming up to a light, stop sign, intersection, etc.  When there is a sign that says bus stop ahead, why is there no sign saying bus stop?

jmo: Unless there is a sign saying no U turn, the car with the green light clearly has the right of way over a car with a red light.  Cool

Thanks, it was one of those question that you figured that's what it is  but your just not sure.  Guess it's safe to say that green light always has right way.

I'd say Duffy is correct. The driver with the green arrow will have the right of way.
