Hey Damian , I went for a ride today after school out to see an old friend of mine in New Braunfels and on the way back home going down my street I hear some clicking noise from the front , so I slowed down and hit the front brake lightly and it stopped the clicking  , so I'm guessing I need some new brake pads uglystupid2 ....  I'll call some of the dealerships  tomorrow and see if they have any front brake pads for my Valk in stock ... I sure hope so ..... don't see anyone else posting so we maybe the only ones , and it might rain during the morning on Saturday .. talk to ya soon .... The Geezer crazy2

Hey Damian , I found a set of EBC front brake pads at the Cycle-Plex dealership for $70 and I can't get them until tomorrow which is payday .... and now is when I wished I had a drive on bike lift so I didn't have to bend this damn neck so much to look at those calipers  ....  their saying some rain maybe Sat. morning so just bear with me getting my bike back together fast  ....  Hey Centex members Damian is inviting us out to his place ......  Damian , if I'm too late Sat. I'll call ya and maybe we can all get together on Sunday instead , OK  ....  Thanks the Geezer crazy2

Hey, Richard,

Everything that I have ever read on the Tech Board says that you should use EBC brake pads with EBC rotors and Honda brake pads with Honda rotors. I read that if you mix the two, they make a lot of noise. Just my 2 cents....       Smiley

Hey Geez, if you put EBC pads on Honda rotors, you'll be shopping for rotors soon.

Hey, Geez...  A pleasure meeting you at Hill's & Dale's last weekend.  The Galveston ride is gonna get rained-out from the looks of things  Angry, so I'd be more than happy to participate in whatever ride gets scheduled for this weekend.

You've got my phone number.  Attempted to send you private e-mail and it bounced: RoadRunner doesn't like you anymore.

Hey Brother Dave , the front rotors are fine and not distorted or anything ...... but the rear rotor I noticed have some I guess wear lines on it but nothing really critical after six plus years + since I have owned my bike ..... but I would imagine over time the rotors will need replacing sooner or later my brother ... I got got ants in my pants and I have to do some riding ...... comes with age I guess  ... Hope to see ya soon  at the GOTF's this year and I'm bringing a spare U-Joint just in case ...... I think I might campout this year IF the weather is DRY ...Thanks the Geezer crazy2
