I think they said 3 dead and 2 critical, When a "devout muslim" airport employee open fire on a bus full of airman, only because the weapon jammed.  Airman on the bus grabbed the guy and he was then arrested by German police.  Too bad there was anything left of him to arrest.  This is one more example of unarmed people being victimized by criminals because they are not allowed to protect themselves.

Gun laws are a bigger threat to you than the criminals are because they are enforced AGAINST you.  When they are enforced against the perps, it is too late for the victim, and the perp does not get what he deserves.  They would think twice about their acts if there was a chance that they would not be the only one armed on site.

Just another moderate muslim practicing his religon. I'll believe these people are peaceful when muslim leadership turns out in mass to condemn these actions. So far I just don't see it.

I certainly don't condone religious kooks, but your argument is one-sided.  Where are the masses of Christians pouring into the streets and news media to condemn the likes of Westboro Baptist Church?  Where are they when a Christian fundamentalist murders a doctor?

Sensible Muslims are everywhere, just like sensible Christians, Jews, Buddhists, and Hindus.  There are kooks in every part of human existence, and it isn't the duty of reasonable people to constantly rein in the kooks.

Short answer.....I hear people (Christian) all the time condemning WBC and the murder
of ANYBODY, not just abortion Drs. The big difference is the Bible doesn't tell us to
act like the murderers or WBC, so they aren't following the Bible.

Then the question becomes one of available information.  In other words, how many Muslim friends and associates do you have?  If the answer is none, then you aren't getting enough information to make the claim that Muslims don't condemn the radical elements in their religion.

So you're saying you don't have any Christian friends? I can believe that.

Uhhh, yeah, the name is familiar...   uglystupid2

My PGR unit consists of a few Christians, several Jews, at least one Muslim, and a bunch of atheists!   Shocked

We represent a cross section of America united to honor fallen soldiers.  We are hardly "masses of Christians".

We can't forgive them of their sins, only their offenses against us. We can't save them
either, but we can show them how. That's the reason He came to earth.

Um, your King did...  He forgave and saved most of them, or so the story goes...

Yes Jesus will forgive them, IF they REPENT of their sins and turn from Their WICKED ways.

They are not at this point FORGIVEN.

Also, your question was about friends and associates, While it is true that we are susposed to "hate the sin but love the sinner"

We are also commanded not to associate with unbelievers:

Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?
2 Cor 6:14 (KJV)

So, It is not within my power nor is it my duty to forgive them of their sins.

It is however within my power and indeed it is my duty NOT to associate myself with those whom I believe are morally reprehensible.

Stop being deceived:“Wicked friends lead to evil ends.” 1 Cor 15:33 (ISV)
