Hi,

I am not happy, I got my custom Valkyrie and was very happy until I tried to shift it. My left foot seems to have a mind of it's own. Not to mention it's a size 15. I CAN"T SHIFT MY BIKE tickedoff tickedoff Cry Cry Gout plus injury = I cant get my foot under the shifter, I tried adjusting and moving the shift lever and I removed the floorboards and put on pegs and the kick shifter wasn't big enough for the size 15 boots.AND I have searched the forum for solutions and not come up with any that work for me.

I have always had trouble with my feet, but this is about the last straw. As much as I wanted another Fat Lady I'm just at my wits end.

So I have decided to sell Undecided

AHHH!!!

This dude only shifted with his forward controls... I think I remember that he didn't even have his regular
shifter pedal anymore... (what I remember for sure is that I thought his setup was whacky) ...
people are always modifying these forward controls from how they come to get them
personalized for comfort... there might be some way you could use this linkage to cause the pedal to be
someplace that is usable for you...

Griz - I thought I saw your bike in the classifieds.  Hard to miss that custom paint job!

There are solutions out there for your shifting problems.  Of course, they cost money.  To completely rid you of the shifting problem, you could put on an air shifter.  Then you'd have no shifting worries whatsoever.  Just a thought.
