Two of my exaust pipes on the right side are damaged and need replaced between the head and the muffler. Will I have to buy the muffler also and how can I keep the cost down?. Thanks

The headers are part of the Valk's one piece (per side) exhaust. Headers are basically not replaceable by themselves unlesss you are or have access to a very accomplished welder. And can find a set of just headers.
Keep an eye on ebay for a set of used pipes. Sometimes one side only is available.
Pinwall is an active ebay store with lots of Valk parts. You could email them and see what they have. Many here (me included) have got good stuff from them and they stand behind what they sell.

There is a set in Pinwall, 4 days left on the auction. 1 bid been placed so somebody is after them.
Pretty good condition, damage is to end tips and middle cover from what the photos show.

Paint the damaged part with aluminum paint and it will never be noticed.

The paint stops the rusting pretty good.

Who gets down that low to look at your exhaust. Screw em!

Save yourself some bucks!
