I just learned that the National Corvette Museum along with some other sponsors are having an American Warrior Airlift on March 29-30. They are flying soldiers in from Washington DC to Ft. Campbell Ky. for a 2 day VIP tour of the NCM and the Corvette assembly plant. I am assuming that these are soldiers that have been wounded in combat and have been at Walter Reed ect,.

They are looking for Corvette owners to transport the Warriors from Ft. Campbell to Bowling Green and drive them from one destination to the next while they are here and then back to the base on the 30th. I have registered to drive for both days and an really looking forward to the whole experience. It's a natural for me since I only live 20 miles from Ft. Campbell and 70 miles from Bowling Green. Some people who have registered are over 500 miles one way! Here's a link to all the info if any of you would be interested in checking it out.   http://corvettemuseum.com/registration/awa/info.shtml
