We were in Michigan last week... lining things up.

During a brainstorming session with Jim Baird (the Camp Quality dude), he said they could do a pig roast on Thursday evening!!
I told him we normally roast Hogs (*wink*), but a pig roast would be most excellent!!

Yeah baby!  Put on yer eating pants fer sure!!!

Git 'r done!

Nope, no skiing... but, we did watch the skiiers for awhile.  Is it my imagination or were those "mountains" on the short side?

Not exactly GZ... something to do with regulations... or some such nonsense.

They are closing Ivan's (in one of the other SC villages) for the summer, so we're going to see if we can do it there (SC is checking in to it).  In case is doesn't work out there, we've reserved the park in Downtown Belaire for the occasion.

I KNOW that ya can generally figure 1 pound of uncooked meat per person for a BBQ......  but at the Gatherin' 'O' the Fools .... I figure 2.5 pounds per person... and come real close......  These Valk riders can put away some meat!!!!.... just my personal experience....
Can't wait!!!!!!!!!

I can't imagine why you would be mentioned as roastee... unless you've been running around with an apple in your mouth. Wink
