well, here's what i do;
put your cursuer on the picture you want to post, then right click, scroll down to properties, left click on properties, this will bring up the information of that picture, highlight the information in the address line it should start with "http://........etc....jpg", right click on that and push copy the whole line.
now, when you get to the screen where you will post your reply, click on the "image button" above, it will look like this;
put the information you just coppied between the two inner brackets ][. push "preview" before posting to see if it comes up.
the pictures must be something posted to the internet, for example, if you right click on some news picture, or even smoken joes yellow valkyrie above, his "data" is
http://i206.photobucket.com/albums/bb193/jojovols/nicekillboy.jpg ...that will give you the "address" information to copy.

You can do the same thing with videos. Their easier!! If you post to youtube. Just pull up the video you want to watch, copy the address bar anywere in your reply and it will come up with the whole scene. I don’t know who this is, but it’s a valkyrie video off of youtube.
