To make this Valk related I must say that cruising on the superslap with the left hand off the bars is good exercise for your abs (if you DONT have a backrest) I just rode home from Daytona and spent a few hrs exercising them abs.

Today Im fininshing a couple wooden doors and I have to power nail many many pieces if mitered trim to make the filigrea (sp?) around each pane.....so, I mis shot one nail and it glanced off the trim and hit me in the abdomon.  It hurt a little not too bad until I thought......"I better look to see if it broke skin"  Well there was a red mark, but no nail.......after a look around I found the nail, it bounced off them rock hard abs...LOLOL........lucky though if it went in it was only a .5" nail  could have been ugly

Heres the door Im making (talk about tedious) lucky there are only two
