Don't threaten me with a good time

Greeneville, TN

« on: March 20, 2011, 08:00:36 PM »

I purchased a set of black OEM tourer bags about 5 months ago on evil bay. Finally after much debate and PBR's, I decided to get them painted with a Interstate paint scheme. Although it hurt my wallet pretty good I'm damn happy with them. A big thanks to my Aunt and Uncle (Painter and Po) for helping me with this project, and allowing me to work in there shop. I had to re-size the photos to fit on photo stash, so there kind of cut off a bit.

Marty, It was great meeting you in Natchez as well. I hope our paths cross again.

Eric, I decided to go solo to reduce the chance of a passenger scuffing the saddlebags Grin , I do carry a pillow just in case.  2funny

Warlock, the racks are made by show chrome, they are usually made for shadows boulevards and v-stars, I fabricated a bracket to bolt into the slots for the passenger seat. Its a cheaper alternative than spending a lot on on a used valk solo rack. Also the racks come in pairs for trike fenders from show chrome as wellq

That is one sharp bike  cooldude. I particularly like the color combo  Grin, I debated on the Tourer or the Interstate scheme and I don't think I could have gone wrong either way! It's too bad the blue/cream was only made in a standard. We just have to work harder to get them where we want them  Roll Eyes. They are the fastest though  2funny.
