Good morning everyone... This is Rod's wife Arlene. The reason for my posting is I wanted to let Rod's extended family know that he was taken to the hospital yesterday evening. He has been having chest pains for a few days and while at work yesterday he knew he would not be able to ride his bike home so I could take him to the hospital. They called the paramedics and they took him to the hospital. He's doing fine. Other than not wanting to be there. They're going to run a bunch of test today to find out what's going on. I'll keep you posted on how he's doing.

Well, let them figure it out.  Hopefully just heartburn.  Give Rod our best and I hope it is nothing serious , or that they find the cause and can treat it before it becomes serious.  Praying for the best possible outcome.

Arlene you have one helluva husband!  I always enjoy talking with him and reading his posts.  He is in my prayers and I hope they find out why he is having the pains and get's to feeling better soon.  If he is admitted is it possible that you could share with us the hospital information and room.  I know that myself and many others would love to shower him w/ notes and cards...

Here's to Rod getting back to feeling better... Hang in their bro!!  cooldude

Oh Arlene, thanks for letting us know!!

Prayers sent up from California, hoping all turns out well very soon.

He is hopefully just working a bit too much and nothing else is wrong.

Is there anyone local that can get his bike home for him? I am assuming it is still waiting for him at work?
