I do all my stuff every March. To cold to ride but warm enough to work in the garage, with or w/o a heater going.
Took the tank off and found a roll of electrical tape on my air box. Oh yea, took my tank off in Sturgis to fix some wiring and forgot about it. Still in good shape.
My final drive does leak oil out the weep hole! I know its been the subject of debates over the years and I was a skeptic. Had it laying on the floor against my tire and some leaked out. Huh, never knew it.
Used my drive shaft to get my u joint back on the engine. Well dont leave it in there without placing a rag on the floor. It fell out and chipped off a tooth on the d/s. Not really a gear tooth but a small pc off the round part near the snap ring. Still used it since I figured its not gonna hurt anything.?  ???
A new/used u joint boot is just as hard to get on as the old one was.
Putting on a new kick stand safety harnes sux unless you have long screw drivers.
Having a Beam & coke, 3 PBR's, and 2 low ball glasses of Makers Mark Mint julep really slows down striping the bike.  crazy2

But it does make it more enjoyable.  Just make sure it doesn't make you leave a roll of electrical tape in your U-joint boot.  Then they are REALLY hard to get on!
