Just want to say thanks for all your well wishes and prayers. And to my loving wife for posting on my condition and being by my side the whole time. I'm not out of the woods yet, but I am home. They found some blockage in my heart on the nuclear stress stress. so there is a secondary test that is even better yet, but the hospital does not have that particular machine so it's off to Nevada Heart and Vascular Center as soon as they call tomorrow. After that test if it shows significant blockage then I bought myself and angiogram. Depending on those findings the only fix is a stent. So your continued prayers are appreciated. Thank you so much for taking the time out to pray for me and my family.
Peace out~ Rod

Rod the stent is a piece of cake compared to the zipper being put in.
When it is done did, follow that guy in white gown's orders to the 'T'.
You should be back to work in a day or two afterwards if ya do follow orders.
Glad to hear ya is home..........
Now, change your diet some, maybe lose a couple of pounds, and then go for it.
RJ.
Been there, done that zipper thing and I'm still above ground, 14 years later on April 1 this year..

My Mother had the stent thing done, she got the first coated stent at Mayo (the ones that have some kind of coating on them so they do not plug up again). She is doing great. My boss also had a couple put in, back to work in a few days. They are low risk and effective.

Rod, I got one of those coated stents about 8 years ago and have had no issues since. If that's the way you go, it will work and you will feel 1000% better.
Good luck!
