Actually, to my knowledge (I havent looked for the link, but i have read the numbers)  freedom of information request approvals are down (as a percentage) under Obama.  While technically more requests in numbers were approved than in the prior year, as a percentage less were actually approved.  I would add, that a long form birth certificate would be good for someone wanting transparency in government as well wouldnt ya think?  Open college records etc.
