"Against the Wind" always brings back memories of long ago....some wistful good ones, some not so good. Nowadays I sometimes have trouble listening to it....and remembering. Another one I always liked...."Turn The Page."

John,
I know just what you mean.

But I do have a great "Bob Seger" story.  I was at Bike Week 2006 at the "Last Resort" when the band finished a set of Seger tunes, when I get a call from a good friend of mine back home. He had just scored two first floor tickets for the very last ever Seger concert at Cobo Arena.

This was last stop on Bobs tour and the last concert before the closed the venue. Cobo Arena was the sight of many "Live" albums,...bands like the J. Geils band, Kiss, Alice Cooper, Iggy Pop, and of course The Silver Bullet Band in 1975.

And back in 1984 I was working as a "sales consultant" at Andersons Sales and Service. When in walks Bob Seger and Punch Andrews wanting to buy a couple of new GL1200 Aspencades. They both left new GoldWings just in time for Sturgis.
