Anybody know where I can get a tire mounted?  Every shop I have called so far will only mount a tire if I buy it from them.  The honda dealer in bentonville has been sold  and the new owner is different.
I called three other places and the same old story, won't mount a tire unless I buy from them.  I'll buy a machine and mount the tire myself if I have to.

Try some of the guys that are running small independent shops.

Some of the ones around here will mount a tire that was purchased somewhere else as long as it's a new tire.

They may not like to.......... but they will.

i took my last wheel to the same guy i get my car and truck tires.  he did it for $20, before that i went to a different shop, they wouldn't even touch it but one of the employee's there asked his boss if he could take a look at it, and in 10 minutes he changed tires out, and only asked for $5!!  i felt a little quear, like i had just screwed my first guy  Grin

Well, I found a guy on craigs list.  I tried a couple of independent shops. I tried a shop that sells car and truck tires.  The auto shop said they had been screwed by a couple of guys with bike tires so they won't do them anymore.
This is the first time I have had a problem,  shops may charge more if I didn't buy tire from them but heck they won't even mount them now.
I already made up my mind I will change them myself if I need to.
thanks for suggestions
