This week here in my home town a man robbed a Dollar General store and was fleeing the scene in his vehicle.  A deputy sheriff spotted a vehicle speeding from the scene and gave chase.   

The man in the vehicle ran until he lost control and crashed.

When the deputy exited his vehicle he ordered the man to stop and he did... just long enough to jump back into his vehicle to try to escape the deputy who was now on foot in front of the vehicle.

The deputy continued to order the man to stop and exit the vehicle.

The man refused and tried to flee in the vehicle.

The deputy shoot the vehicle disabling it.

The man then exited the vehicle and crouched behind the open door refusing to exit or show his self or his hands.

The deputy shot three times through the door of the vehicle striking (not killing) the man.

Now we have all these liberal numb-nuts Ted was referring to screaming that it was excessive force.

That BS in my opinion, As an Ex-Cop, Ex-Military and Proud American who has always been willing to defend this nation and his family the only thing I can see that this Deputy did wrong is choose the wrong caliber gun.

HE NEEDED A BIGGER ONE!

I can get behind that one.  Nugent is a very level headed guy.  He fervently believes what he believes and doesnt care if it offends you or not.  He takes care of his own, eats what he kills, and is for defending yourself and your property.
He doesnt walk softly but he carries a big stick and is willing to use it.

Nugent is the man!

Triple AMEN!!    I watch a lot of news type shows.  It's refreshing to see someone say what they mean- period!  No  bull crap, or saying what they think people want to hear with Uncle Ted.  You ask him a question and he tells you what he thinks and backs it up with a little known document - OUR CONSTITUTION!   I'd bet a large number of our representatives in Congress have not ever READ the Sceond Amendment.

 And WHY does  Chuck Schumer, Ted Kennedy, et al.  get to tell me I can't protect my gift of life anyway????!!

I'd like to see Uncle Ted debate Queen Pelosi -

And I'm no expert, but if you take out a repeat rapist or child molester  with one clean shot to the head,  his repeat rate drops to zero -

I'd vote for Ted for Congress or President in a heartbeat!!!!!!
