I have seen something close. It had amplified speakers in it. It was flatter than this one you show but no storage and you plugged your ipod into it. It was about $350.00 I think.

i bought one awhile back and didn't care for it, imo.   it cranked out sound but not very crisp and clear souding.  i sent mine back. 
you could always try it and if you didn't like it send it back.

Or..... get a fairing and an installed system

Or..... get an Ipod/MP3 or just use a Cell phone with SD card and music capability, a stereo audio splitter and 2 ear buds (or just one ear bud for solo riding).   When you get off the bike... it goes with you.

With that tank bag audio system, you will have to store it when parked (or chance it getting taken). Then it will take up saddle bag storage.
