12" 440 Progressive Shocks

Hey gang, if anyone is looking for 12" 440 Progressive shocks I found these;

I'm not sure if they are the H/D model but for $299 you could send them in to Progressive for the spring upgrade and still save quite a bit of cash.  The manufacturer #4404240 says it will fit a Valkyrie but do your due diligence.

Update:  I checked avaialblity of the part and they (mawonline) have all sizes from 11" to 13.5" in black (the fastest shocks) and chrome.

I did a little research on the internet and I found that they are 12" HEAVY DUTY (Inertia Active System) Shocks for GL1500C Valkyrie/Tourer '97-98 ...

 Must've had a change of heart the price is now $449.00. Dang it not quick enough.
