I drive by there on a fairly regular basis. They always sit under an overpass, sometimes on the Northbound, and sometimes on the Southbound side.

I've always thought it was fishy, but slow down when going by. I used to think that it was a "test program".

I'd say that Sgt probably had a few years experience and was making pretty fair $$$$, but if he worked for me, he wouldn't be drawing any salary any longer.

We had a few toss their weight around, and 1 run up against a AG official.   Wow, did he get ripped over the coals.  Ruined his chances of every being an LEO again.
