I have read, when installing the Duece risers, some of you reroute the stock cables and some use longer cables. I think I would prefer to use longer cables...but how much longer?

Is there a concensus on how much additional length is required? What is the perfect length? I would like to get the cables ordered.

Any trick to changing them?

Thanks,

I am not certain, but believe all you have to do is reroute the throttle cable (only) inside the T.Tree.

I do not know how much longer throttle cables you would need to stay in the stock position.  2-3 inches??

O-k maybe not the answer your looking for. I've heard(don't quote me please-as your getting something i read here before-vrcc) that you can use up to 4 inch risers with no mods. Possibly a little rerouting. Hope this helps. RIDE SAFE.

Redline  8)Order them 2 inches longer than stock. I ordered mine 3 inches longer and wished I had ordered them 2 inches longer.
