Well, almost.

The exception being with the OEM tips [Standard / Tourer]. Vertical tips are a few inches shorter and will not get out to the rear of the saddle bags.
The Horizontal tips [Interstate] will carry the exhaust gases out beyond the bags.

Both systems will bolt up to the other.

Then there are several ways to extend your tips on either. AirFlow cans in any length you want is one way.
