My 99 tourer has been experiencing a miss on what feels like 1cylinder ever
Since I got it back from the paint shop. I did run it out of gas prior to pulling the tank. It seems to idle fine only missing when I accelerateand then on hard throttle it smooths out . Any ideas? Also I just discovered that my eBay exhaust is really messed up. I pulled the tips off and discovered that the  entire rear "plate" where the piggies would come through is missing. Just a big hole with the 3 divider plates showing. Is this a re jetting situation? I love the sound.

Probably the first thing to do is a compression test to be certain the motor is not the problem.

Re-jetting is not always called for with changes made to the exhaust system.

Might be a good idea to run some additive through the fuel system for a start!
