Great day to enjoy family and the art of motorcycling.

We never got more than 60 miles from home but it was a great day for Mel and I to share the wind with son Andy and his wife Autumn. We had breakfast in Plainfield, then visited the HD shop there. A lot of nice bikes there but none better than what I've already got.  I think I saw a "road couch" for $39,000 there, man I must have misread the tag. Undecided

Then to the Mountain Man rendezvous in Bridgeton IN, we saw a lot of nice coyote furs there with the heads still attached. A PETA nightmare!! Grin Then to the mushroom festival in Mansfield for some walking, kabobs and time on the creek. Then stopped in the woods to see some friends who are building a cabin. Then home. Highways, sun, wind, country roads and Valkyries. Sweet!

Then good company and cheap alcohol at home. Oh Yeah!

By the way, it was my first day long excursion with the General altimax and I couldn't have been more pleased with it.
