Can buy the set, or just the carpet for the bags. Great guy to deal with.

I was going to direct you to the same ebay sale that Promagnaman mentioned,
but he beat me to it
...
Now I've got nothing to say except: I got mine cheap from a dusty cutout-bin
at a rural Honda shop

I couldn't find any of the real ones... and those are special (and probably expensive)..... so I just went to Home Depot and got some carpet runner (cheap by the foot) and made a pattern to cut out my own... under five bucks I believe.

my neighbor tried to make his own out of shelf liner

He picked up the non-skid shelf liner that keeps tools from rolling around in tool boxes. That didn't quite work. I loaned him one of my Valk embroidered liners and he traced it onto a piece of scrap carpet. He was pleased by that. If he really wanted to be slick after that he could take the piece of carpet, have the edges bound, and then get custom embroidery. He probably won't but it is good to have options. My snazzy carpet came with the bike so I hadn't really thought about it.
