Pappas BBQ at 35E & NW Hwy. Good food. No waiting on a waitress. Centrally located (sort of).

In light of the last bit of info, how does everyone feel about moving the meeting one week out to the 19th. It clears a conflict for me personally.

I'll miss the meeting if on the 19th (that's the spousal unit's birthday) but I would recommend against a BBQ place if you wait since it will pale in comparison to Hotglue's fare!!!
Or you could just have the meeting this week and then have another one on the 19th.....

It clears a conflict for me too!!! I am going home THIS Thursday, but will be in town all week next week. I could attend a May 19 meeting anywhere in the metro-mess. Hay Jimmyt

I'm good with the 19th. We are packing for the Rally in the Crater this Thursday night anyway. Leaving this Friday about 1 p for the two hour ride to Henderson. As always, anybody wanting to ride to the rally or meet up there let me know (don't know why I do that, nobody ever does, hehe).

I would recommend against a BBQ place if you wait since it will pale in comparison to Hotglue's fare!!! Not for us that don't have the taste of HG's BBQ to compare it to. Or you could just have the meeting this week and then have another one on the 19th..... Spoken like a true ex-prez and this idea gets my vote.

I think we'd be better off having the regular meeting this week instead of having the Houston folk in our meeting - they might try to organize it or something!!!!
