Four wheels move the body, 2 wheels move the soul

I will probably be caging it.  Broke the knuckles on my left hand yesterday.  have an apointment with the ortho doc wednesday.  My number 2 and 3 fingers are stabalized and can not bend them.  Ring finger and pinky only ones i can bend.  Dont think i can keep changing gears for long period of time.  i will bring the valk on a trailor to work on carbs.  this is not what i had in mine for my retirement.

Is Sly still in the area?  Godfire may need to be her alibi - I've seen her work before.   2funny

Seriously, hope you heal up quickly.

RainMaker

out 8 weeks cannot grip grasp or lift anything.  Knuckle break and any movement will mean rebreaking and setting.  I still have to see the hand specialist

Hey Jim,

Do we even want to know how that happened?  Is there a really good story behind it?  Or, would you like to skip this post altogether?

I hope you heal quickly and completely.

I wish I could say that I pulled an Arnold Schwazenegger, from Kindergarten Cop, and went off on one of my students parents who are  uglystupid2.  Lets just say my finger was in the wrong place at the wrong time and leave it at that.   Wink

I can feel the pain all the way here.  I cut the tips of 3 fingers off of  my right hand. Too close to the blade on a metal shearing machine.   Shocked  Took a few weeks before I could ride again.  My prayers go to ya bro.  Heal quickly.

Someone needs to check on Tom. He would rather go to the dentist than a wrench party. crazy2

I have two ounces and an applicator he can have; I'm not going to use them.  Someone will have to come and get them since I doubt I'll be at the WP.

Chuck, I'm in Allen most of today and can get the beads.  Wanna leave 'em on the front porch?

Amen to all that's already been said.  Thanks so much to Matt and Mrs. Matt for your hospitality and kindness.  It's great to be amoung such fine people as those who were present.  A special thanks to ValkPilot, who has a thin spot on his scalp from scratching his head trying to figure out my wiring issues.  As five of us reached darkness entering Dallas in a staggered formation, we were very visable and lit up the road.  Blessings,  Woody
