Please pray for Paula and her family

Paula’s daughter lost a baby boy in utero last week at 6 months, and then had to deliver the baby. A funeral was being planned.

Paula’s parents live with her. Paula’s mother is in the hospital recovering from surgery; she just went home and found her father dead.

Lori is on her way over to Paul’s house to be with her as the ambulance is just now arriving. Pray for Paula, pray for Lori to have the right words for her friend at this time.  (timeline: I talked to Lori about 9:15 AM CT)

Thank you all

In Christ
Carolyn

I spent the morning with Paula.  She is doing as well as can be expected.  The funeral for the baby, Isaiah Paul, was this afternoon at 1:00.  It has been a very rough day for that family, but they are being as strong as they can.  Paula expects to be bringing her mother home from the hospital this weekend, and then will start making funeral arrangements for her father on Monday.  Her mother will be needing a lot of care.so that will take a lot out of her, I'm sure.  I am in Oklahoma right now, as my son is graduating from college tomorrow, but I have been in touch with her several times to make sure she is doing ok.  She has people looking in on her and the kids, and I plan on seeing her again when I get home.

Thank you to all of you for the prayers and please continue to remember Paula and the family.

Prayers from Buffalo. I have no words of my own to comfort anyone, but I can and will continue to lift them to the LORD in prayer.
