I made myself a Maintenance log record for my Kia along the lines of a form I use for the Valk(that one came from the PO)....I have the form to my liking EXCEPT that the rows are too close together and I don't know how to make them larger without having to do it manually which pushes the rows into the next page......I know it can be done, but I'm not sure how...it's been a LONG time since I had to use MS Word... Sad

Decreasing your margins 4 ways may keep the form on a single page if it's being forced off with only slight row height adjustments. You may have to reduce the forms verbage or font size if that doesn't work. Excel would have been my choice for your project. It has auto shrink to fit and greater formula control.

to use Excel, but it's been a long time since I used that program also and with it, you have all the cells and columns that you'd have to get rid of first to make the type of form I want...I can manually increase the size of the rows in Word, but I doubt they'd be evenly spaced then.....

I don't use Word for Forms. But, there should be a Forms Properties options box somewhere where you could maybe take control of your form.

table

What Microsoft Word are you using Stanley? They've moved all the buttons around in the newer stuff.

Look for table, insert table, format table and poke at that and see if it doesn't give you what you're trying to do potentially.

Beekeeper uses Excel, so much easier, imo.  Email me the form and I can work on it, boss is out today and I am caught on on things here.

It's what I do....

Not trying to be a smart ass here...well maybe.  After all this time spent and not getting what you want, I would of pulled out a ruler and a pencil. Cheesy
