I believe those to be the rails you can buy from JCW for about $125.

i have been looking at those too but i cant figure out how they mount and i dont think they will work with a hitch...

they mount directly to the sides of the bags by drilling holes and bolting through the sides. don't think they would offer any kind of protection at all.

I have some gently used MC guards that sorta, kinda, mount and look like the OE's- will let em go for $125 if anyone's interested
