bought a policy -warrenty at time bought my valk--Sales manager said and I quote"I will never ask you for another penny for repairs-even if we to  replace the motor!! I got thinking and called the company that issued the warrenty   didnt have it anymore it had expired....Oh*&&^&% called dealer could not get any more information, so drove to the dealer cornered man that sold policy and durned if it wasnt in his computer that ALL repairs And Maintance were covered at no cost for 3 more   years  he called the company that issued the policy and had it straight in less than 5 minutes..I could have fell over..this wasnt some salesman it was the mainfinance/manager fella--unbelieveable but true..that even included changing belts and all other maintance..I am still in shock!!Everything  was taken  care of on the spot and really fast no run around whatso ever...I will go back  as  soon as I come out of shock!

Allways good to hear.
I'll bet you went in there like a civilized individual and were willing to get things straightened out.
Having left "customer service" related jobs years ago, there were folks that I wanted to go over and above for and others that I hoped got eaten by a bear.
